Award for Business Partnership that is Saving Lives |
| David Constantine, Co-Founder of Motivation, has been recognised by UK business leaders with the national Marks & Spencer Sieff Award. The award, which recognises individuals who have best collaborated with businesses to benefit society, was presented to David by HRH The Prince of Wales, at the Business in the Community Awards for the partnership between Motivation and B&Q/Kingfisher for the Worldmade programme. Business in the Community Chief Executive Julia Cleverdon said: "David Constantine is a pioneer in understanding both the social and business imperatives of operations in the developing world." |

Motivation's other major corporate partner, Marks and Spencer, was awarded Company of the Year. David said, "We are extremely grateful for the vision of these hugely successful global companies whose commitment to building a successful and meaningful relationship with a small non-profit has helped improved the quality of life of disabled people around the world." |
