Working with Motivation Charitable Trust, The University of the West of England (UWE) is looking to recruit a:
Business Development Manager (KTP Associate)
Employed by UWE under the Knowledge Transfer Partnerships scheme and working at Motivation, the Business Development Manager will develop the charity's trading arm into a sustainable, income generating social enterprise with a clear strategy for business development and a market orientated approach.
The ideal candidate will have a good degree or postgraduate qualification in a relevant subject (eg: Marketing, Business Studies, Business Administration) and experience of working in a commercial management, marketing or sales environment. Proven ability to work as part of a team, with strong interpersonal and communication skills and a willingness to travel are essential.

Volunteer Opportunities
Motivation is always keen to hear from people interested in volunteering in our UK office near Bristol.
There are many other ways that you can help us. Whether you are an individual planning a coffee morning to sell Motivation Greetings cards, a professional offering pro bono support or a large company wanting to build an ongoing relationship with a local charity, we would love to hear from you!
Unfortunately, we do not normally have the capacity to take volunteers on our projects overseas.
