We’ve got just the mission to keep you connected and super-active this summer... Join Team Motivation and our At Home Superheroes today!

This summer, the most inclusive challenge event returns with a twist. At Home Superheroes brings all the fun of the Superhero Tri right into the safety of your own home. So you can go the distance, while keeping your distance!

What's the challenge?

Take on a distance that you can walk, run, push, hop or wheel and complete it between 15 June and 15 July this summer.

The Superhero Team have thrown down 20km as the ultimate challenge, but you can choose a shorter or longer goal, depending on your individual circumstances.

Anyone can enter, as long as each solo entrant, or at least one team member, considers themselves to have any type of disability.

And there's no need to fly solo... You can join forces with family or grab a sidekick to power through the challenge together.

This amazing inclusive event is powered by Marvel and will be broadcast on Channel 4!*

Where can I get involved?

The challenge can be completed anywhere - your living room, garden or local neighbourhood - and you can fly solo or unite as team!  There's even the chance to share your progress and photos with the whole Superhero community via a dedicated app.

How do I get involved?

Register to join Team Motivation today and we'll give you a free place on the At Home Superheroes Challenge! You can get involved on your own, with a sidekick or as a team. Please note that someone on the team must be 18 years or older.

All we ask is that you help us raise money for our Survive + Recover Urgent Appeal. By raising £200 you could help us provide two months of vital food, medical supplies and support to a disabled person in a developing country, so they can face the impact of COVID-19.

What happens next?

Once you've registered, our team will be in touch to give you more information on how to take part and to help get your fundraising started. What's more, each participant will be sent a Superhero event pack, including:

- Race number
- Memento medal
- T-shirt
- Finish line tape
- Access to a dedicated app
- Access to a portal to download lots of fun signs, games and more

*Channel 4 will be showing challenge highlights in a one-hour show on 15 August! They're inviting all Superheroes to send in action footage of your own home triumphs, which could make the closing celebratory montage – so get those Superhero costumes ready!
