Safeguarding policies and procedure

What does safeguarding mean to Motivation?

Motivation is committed to protecting our people’s health, well-being and human rights. This means enabling them to live free from harm, abuse or neglect.

Our safeguarding policies and procedure reflects this commitment through the highest standards of openness, integrity and accountability.

This is a reflection of our values and working culture. All staff, volunteers and partners are expected to uphold these standards through our Code of Conduct and our safeguarding policies.

Reporting a concern

There are two ways to report an incident or concern.

1. Send an email to [email protected]

2. Complete our anonymous form

Your concern will be dealt with confidentially and swiftly.

Our safeguarding policies

It's important that everyone working with Motivation, or taking part in our programmes, can clearly understand what to expect from us.

Our policies and Code of Conduct explain our commitment to safeguarding, outline the behaviours we expect from our people and detail how to raise a concern.
